TradeGroove Purchase and Promotion Terms

These Purchase and Promotion Terms apply to paid, subscription, promotional, and ad-supported features on TradeGroove, including Premium, Hype boosts, Want It Now credits, rewarded ads, listing promotions, and similar features.

These terms supplement the TradeGroove Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these terms control for purchases, promotions, credits, subscriptions, and rewarded ads.

1. No Guaranteed Results

Premium, Hype boosts, Want It Now credits, rewarded ads, and other paid or promotional features do not guarantee:

• Listing views, impressions, ranking, placement, reach, clicks, likes, matches, messages, offers, or completed trades.
• Any particular item value, trade value, trade quality, user response, or user behavior.
• Safety, authenticity, legality, ownership, condition, or suitability of any item or user.
• Continued availability of a feature, plan, price, or credit type.

Promotion tools may increase or adjust visibility according to TradeGroove's current systems, but results vary based on supply, demand, location, filters, moderation, user behavior, technical factors, and policy enforcement.

2. Premium

Premium may include benefits such as reduced or removed ads, weekly Want It Now credits, profile upgrades, or other features described in the app at purchase.

Premium may be offered as an automatically renewing subscription. If purchased through an app store, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment-method rules are handled by that app store and its terms. You must cancel through the relevant app store or payment provider before renewal if you do not want to be charged again.

Premium benefits may change over time. If required by law or app-store rules, we will provide notice of material changes.

3. Hype Boosts and Listing Promotions

Hype boosts may prioritize or increase the visibility of a listing for a limited time and within certain contexts, such as nearby feeds. Hype boost duration, price, level, and feature description will be shown before purchase.

TradeGroove may pause, deny, end, or remove a boost if the listing is removed, restricted, under review, prohibited, inaccurate, unsafe, illegal, or otherwise violates our policies. Unless required by law or app-store rules, we are not required to provide a refund when a boost is limited because of your policy violation or listing issue.

4. Want It Now Credits

Want It Now credits may let you signal urgent interest in an item or access related features. Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value product, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged outside TradeGroove.

Credits may expire, be limited, be reversed, or be removed if acquired or used through fraud, abuse, technical error, policy violation, refund, chargeback, or misuse. Any expiration or material limitation should be disclosed in the app before purchase or award.

5. Rewarded Ads

TradeGroove may offer rewarded ads that provide credits or benefits after a completed eligible ad view or action. Rewarded ads may be supplied by third-party ad networks.

Rewards may not be granted if the ad is unavailable, skipped, interrupted, fails to verify, is limited by the ad network, is blocked by device settings, or is associated with abuse or technical error. Reward availability may vary by region, device, consent settings, ad inventory, and account status.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Fees

Prices may change. The price shown at purchase controls for that transaction, subject to app-store or payment-provider terms. Taxes, fees, currency conversion, and payment-method charges may apply.

You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations related to purchases, credits, trades, barter, and promotional features.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the purchase type, app store, payment provider, applicable law, and disclosed terms. For app-store purchases, request refunds through the relevant app store unless TradeGroove provides another required path.

If you receive a refund, reversal, chargeback, or credit adjustment, TradeGroove may remove related benefits, credits, boosts, or subscription access. Abuse of refunds, chargebacks, promotions, credits, or rewarded ads may result in account restrictions.

8. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions

TradeGroove may offer trials, coupons, introductory pricing, grants, or promotions. Eligibility, timing, price, benefits, and limits may vary. We may modify or end promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and app-store rules.

9. Account and Policy Limits

Purchases and promotions are tied to your account unless stated otherwise. They may not be transferred between users or accounts. If your account is suspended, terminated, restricted, or deleted, you may lose access to unused credits, boosts, subscription benefits, or promotions, except where law or app-store rules require otherwise.

10. Third-Party Terms

App stores, ad networks, payment providers, analytics providers, and other third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. TradeGroove is not responsible for third-party billing systems, ad availability, payment-method issues, store outages, refund decisions, or third-party policy changes.

For purchase support, contact support@tradegroove.app. Include your TradeGroove account email, purchase date, platform, transaction ID if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card numbers.
