TradeGroove Ratings and Reviews Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026
Effective date: June 26, 2026

Ratings, reviews, trade counts, badges, and related trust signals help users make better decisions, but they are not guarantees of safety, identity, item quality, legal compliance, or future behavior.

1. Who May Rate

You may rate or review another user only after a real TradeGroove interaction or completed trade involving your account. TradeGroove may limit ratings to matched users, completed trades, or other verified interactions.

2. Be Honest and Relevant

Ratings and reviews must reflect your genuine experience. They should be relevant to the TradeGroove interaction, such as communication, punctuality, item accuracy, safety concerns, or whether the trade was completed as agreed.

Do not include private information, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam, unrelated disputes, or claims you know are false.

3. No Review Manipulation

You may not:

4. Moderation and Removal

TradeGroove may remove, limit, edit display of, or decline to publish ratings or reviews that we believe:

TradeGroove may keep internal records of removed ratings or reviews for safety, abuse prevention, audit, or enforcement purposes.

5. Trust-Signal Limits

Ratings, reviews, badges, verification status, moderation status, completed-trade counts, and similar signals are informational only. They do not prove identity, background, item ownership, item authenticity, item condition, safety, or lawfulness.

Users should still inspect items, follow safety guidelines, and make their own decisions.

6. Appeals

If your rating or review is removed or limited, you may contact support@tradegroove.app with "Rating Appeal" in the subject line. Include the trade or match details and why you believe the rating complies with this policy.

TradeGroove may decline appeals, especially where safety, privacy, fraud, or legal concerns prevent disclosure of details.
